Nice house style arcachonais 115m2 full foot with garden around and carport, large 50m2 living room with fireplace, heaters and well equipped kitchen: pyrolysis oven, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, coffee machine, grill-room, 3 bedrooms , bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, marine decoration, equipped for 8 people. 2 steps from the ocean, surfing school, forest, bike paths and town center with Leclerc supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, covered market, unnecessary car use. I request a deposit of € 800 payable at the time of payment of the balance of the rental and no later than 2 weeks before arrival.

Great stay

We had a marvelous stay, the house is spacious and well equiped. Nice schaded terrace and close enough to the beach.

Großzügiges Haus und angenehm schattiger Garten

Wir waren als 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder zu Gast und hatten somit reichlich Platz im dafür sehr großzügigen Haus. Cecilia und ihre Erwachsenen Kinder waren sehr unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeber und die Kommunikation klappte sowohl im Vorfeld wie auch während de Aufenthaltes sehr gut. Der Strand ist (anders als in der Überschrift benannt) schon deutlich mehr als 2 Schritte entfernt, aber mit gemieteten Rädern (Verleih gleich ganz in der Nähe) waren wir gut mobil. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gern wieder!

Maison agréable et super accueil

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, des hôtes très communicants et flexibles ! La maison et son jardin est agréable, à moins de 10min de l’océan, nous reviendrons !

Belle maison a mimizan

Bon séjour à Mimizan, belle maison avec un beau terrain, un grand séjour, de belles chambres. La maison mériterait une petite rénovation pour être vraiment au top. Attention pas de wifi et pas d'écrans.

Maison au calme idéale vacances en famille

Maison bien agencée avec jardin très ombragé. Cuisine fonctionnelle. La maison mériterait un petit rafraîchissement pour être au top. Assez proche plages et centre ville avec commerces et animations (compter 15-20 minutes à pied). Le mieux pour se déplacer est en vélo. Un séjour au top à Mimizan.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, ils ont été arrangeants sur notre heure d'arrivée, et le contact était facile. La maison est très bien placée, au calme et proche de l'océan. Niveau équipement, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La literie est assez bonne. Le seul petit point à améliorer serait l'entretien général de la maison et de ses équipements. Merci pour ce séjour !

Ensemble correct. Emplacement idéal à proximité de la plage. Maison et jardin agréables. Toutefois certains équipements mériteraient d’être remplacés (pied de parasols, matelas, barbecue).

Séjour en famille agréable

Une maison idéale pour un séjour en famille. Bien agencée, elle offre une partie nuit indépendante et un jardin ombragé qui permet de recevoir et faire des BBQ facilement.

Sympathisches Haus und sympathische Vermieter

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die unkomplizierten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Ebenso unkompliziert war die Haus-Rückgabe. Grosszügiges Wohnzimmer und geräumige Küche. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet, alles leicht retro, aber mit Charme. Es gibt jedoch keinen Fernseher und kein WiFi – was wir aber nicht vermisst haben. Wir haben bei grosser Hitze vor allem den Garten mit seinen Schatten spendenden Bäumen sehr geschätzt und praktisch immer auf der Terrasse am grossen Tisch gegessen. Ruhige Lage in Quartierstrasse. Die Strände sind mit dem Fahrrad in 3 Minuten bequem erreichbar, zu Fuss 10-15 Minuten. Wir empfehlen Fahrrad-Miete, da die Parkplätze im Dorf und am Strand in der Hochsaison sehr begehrt und häufig voll sind. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem sympathischen Haus sehr genossen.

Mauvaise expérience

La literie est déplorable et sent mauvais. il n y a pas assez de vaisselle et couverts dans la cuisine , aucun électroménager. c est lamentable . Il n y a même pas deux chaises longues à mettre dans le jardin et pas de barbecue en été c est vraiment dommage . Les propriétaires font lettre morte quand on a une question .

Très bon séjour

Superbe maison, très bien située. Propriétaire très sympa et accueillant. On a bien profité de notre séjour à l'océan et on a pu rencontré 2 jolis écureuils dans le jardin!

Maison formidable!

Maison extrêmement agréable : spacieuse, confortable, fonctionnelle, de plein pied et bien équipée. La pièce de vie est très spacieuse avec de très beaux volumes. Elle est également très bien située : juste à côté de la piste cyclable, nous nous sommes déplacés tout le temps à vélo. Les 1ères plages sont à quelques minutes . Jardin très agréable également ... avec les 2 petits écureuils omniprésents dans le pin au milieu du jardin qui ont fait la joie des enfants! Accueil chaleureux de Véronique à notre arrivée... sans oublier des propriétaires adorables et particulièrement soucieux du bien-être de leurs locataires : merci encore!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa. Maison fonctionnelle avec un joli petit jardin, propriétaire sympathique et accueil très chaleureux de Veronique. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans le coin. Idéal pour un séjour familial.
