It also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house is equipped with air conditioning and also gives access to a wonderful private tennis court. Guests who book this holiday accommodation will have access to several lounges, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a barbecue and a wonderful private heated swimming pool (with a supplement) surrounded by sunbathing chairs. The villa is only 8 minutes by car from the beaches of the area and only 15 minutes from the famous Las Canteras beach in the capital of Gran Canaria.
