A three-room apartment of approximately 75 square metres, functionally furnished to suit every type of traveller. The apartment has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people. It’s therefore ideal for families or for those who prefer to stay in separate rooms.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi for those who wish to work remotely.

Thanks to its proximity to public transport, you can quickly reach the city centre and major attractions.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern building and consists of an entryway/kitchen with a dining table and sofa, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk—handy for remote work. Both bedrooms feature spacious closets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and electric kettle.

Upon your arrival, we’ll hand you the keys, show you around the apartment and its amenities, and provide you with all the instructions and information you need.

At check-in, you’ll be asked to present your ID for registration purposes.

You will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the City of Milan)

We can arrange late check-ins outside the scheduled check-in time upon prior arrangement at least one day in advance, at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m.

For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed, and you must have an Italian tax identification number.
