Fantastic Location ! Great Townhouse !

Perfect location in Shepard Market/Mayfair. Close to many historic sites and wonderful cute neighborhood filled with restaurants/pubs/shops. The apt. was well kept and the team was very helpful when we had wifi issues. Hope to stay here again in the future.

The location was fantastic! Restaurants and pubs right outside your door. Tube stations were minutes away. Parks and Buckingham Palace were a quick walk. The rental was clean and fit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 5 adults. There are alot of steps, keep this in mind when booking. Our only complaint was the pillows, wish they were fluffier. Overall we had a wonderful visit.

We were issued one towel per person-for 5 days. No towels in half baths; I asked manager for more and it took 3 messages to get them and I were threatened with a charge. WiFi never worked. Manager just kept giving the password-which DID NOT work. The heat went out one night, which was fixed, but overall, not great.

Regarding the heating, the issue was reported at 8:30 AM and resolved by 10:30 AM the same morning. We take your comments seriously, as they help us continue to improve, and we encourage our guests to maintain open communication with us during their stay so we can address any concerns immediately. Bellissimo appartamento nuovo in zona Mayfair, pulito e ben fornito. Ottimo per cinque persone. Letti un po’ piccoli ma in generale tutto molto confortevole.
