Comfortable, warm and clean. Good size bedrooms, nice kitchen area and cosy lounge with a fire. Good location - nice walks right out the door or a short drive away. We've enjoyed two stays here and would recommend. Only downside is the front door leads straight onto a road, so be cautious with dogs or kids when leaving.

The four of us had a lovely 4 night stay at the Old Post Office. Full of charm- it was like being in the Famous Five for the kids! Recommended local trips out are Becky Falls and the Butterfly and Otter sanctuary.

Dartmoor in autumn

A perfect house for a family dartmoor trip. Very well laid out, cosy but not cramped, well set up, comfy, no sound but running water and occadional birds.

The Old Postoffice, Ponsworthy

Comfortable and quaint. Warm and well equipped for October half term on Dartmoor. Our first stay therefore the comprehensive information booklet was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
