Villa Guaceto is an entirely fenced villa with electric gate and large outdoor area where you can park the cars. The lawn with paths arrive at the swimming pool, with solarium and outdoor shower.
The villa is introduced by the paved courtyard and it opens into a spacious porch with outdoor dining area and sofas.
Villa Guaceto is furnished with basic elements. It consists of a living room with sofa and tv, dining room and open kitchen. From the living room you have access to the two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom while the other is a triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning and there, it is possible to add the sixth sleeping accommodation on folding bed. The baby cot is available.
The surroundings of Villa Guaceto in Carovigno
Villa Guaceto is in the countryside of Carovigno, a lovely town near Brindisi. The villa is 10 kilometers away from the beaches on the Adriatic coast and the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto.
The villa is a good starting point to discover the beautiful towns of the area, worth discovering old town centres such as Mesagne, Carovigno and Ostuni.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
