Het park is mooi op loopafstand van het strand. Het huis was ruim genoeg met omheinde tuin. Echter, niet goed schoon (spinrag, toilet, bestek) en veel mankementjes (veel lampen stuk) en weinig stopcontacten (wel lamp op nachtkastje, maar geen stopcontact). Handdoeken ontbraken en werden nagebracht na reclamatie receptie. Matrassen zijn zeer zacht.
