The apartment is located in the 'Gardesana Active Apartments' run by the Monaci family since 1977. It is located in the centre of Malcesine with private parking only 100 metres away. The property is strategically located: in just a few steps you are already in the old town centre, the harbour, the beaches, the long cycle path that runs along the lake for 30km and the Funivia-Monte Baldo cable car. Carolina and Pietro Monaci have wished to reflect their passion for outdoor sport in each flat and to offer their guests various types of flats, from small to large. The price also includes bike rental (also for children), bike and E-bike storage (indoors or outdoors with key), wifi and air conditioning, heating, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels. Animals are welcome.

Elegant and comfortable: couples prefer this apartment because despite having a room it is equipped with maximum comfort, has a suggestive partial view of the lake and the historic center and is decorated with elegance and romance. At the entrance of the apartment you will be amazed by its brightness; the French windows overlook the panorama and a 5sqm balcony (with chairs and table) awaits you to enjoy your holiday to the fullest. In the room there is a double bed, satellite TV, table with chairs, microwave and a well equipped kitchen. If you stay longer than 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned with a change of sheets and towels. The large and elegant bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer.
