Beautiful flat was an easy walk from tube stop Battersea Power Station. Comfortable space, multiple bathrooms were a must with 2 teenagers. Washer was nice. Some troubles checking in were easily resolved by the very responsive property manager.

Great Flat!

Very happy to report that we had a fantastic stay at this flat. Really close to Battersea Park and Power Station. Plenty of space in the flat and super convenient. Management was very accommodating and responsive to all our needs. Pictures were accurate. Bus stop right outside that gets you to the tube in no time.

Nice stay for a family trip to London

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean & as described online. The apt is located on the 3rd floor (accessible only by stairs). Each bedroom had a double bed, & they were very comfortable with nice sheets & pillows. Sofa bed in the living room was not too comfortable, but kids made it work. The bathrooms was stocked with plush towels & a starter supply of bath products. The kitchen had dishes, utensils, pots, etc. It also had a washing machine. The dryer didn’t work, so we used the provided drying rack. All windows had room darkening curtains. The apt has one bus stop across the street and another one block over (depending on what direction you’re traveling). Small grocery downstairs, larger store about a block away. We felt safe in the neighborhood. It was noisy with street traffic thru the day/night. The only little issue we had was communicating with the property management company about where to get the key on the day we arrived. It ended up working out, but it was a bit stressful trying to locate the lock box in the rain. Overall, we’d recommend this property.

Pros* Truly 2 bathrooms* WiFi is very good* Good showers and water pressure* Location next this two bus lines that make accessing SoHo and central London fairly easy* Bodega downstairs with pretty good selection. Larger market down the street is just so so* Kitchen well stocked with utensils* Good amenities* Freezer and fridge sizable * Dishwasher small but works* Walking machine works* Battersea park nearby is nice for walks or exercise* Lebanese restaurant nearby called “I cook, you eat” is best falafel and chicken on planet earth* Plenty of fans for heat waves* help line saved our butts big time when we locked ourselves out by accident. Also they found lost our AirPods, but the costs to ship them to us were more than a new pair!Cons* Extreme street noise of all kinds Day and night. Like, Times Square on New Year’s Eve or Animal House, but vehicular. Bring massive earplug supply. That’s London though.* Sofabed does not function as such. It is broken. Help line failed to fix.* Missing pillowcases and sheets. Help line took several days to only partially resolve.* Regular beds ultra soft. If used to firm mattress you will be uncomfortable… slats broken* Clothes dryer cannot dry, although you can hang dry* 3 flights of stairs and they smell horrible* Walk South and you will walk through some dicey subsidized housingBasically, it gets a B grade. Probably more economical than a hotel for 4 adults but definitely not a hotel.
