The new Lodge Villa Maria, located in the centre of Teolo, in the heart of the Euganean Hills Park, is an entire apartment of 60 square metres, plus 25 square metres of terrace, romantic and elegant, new and cared for in every detail. It is located in a unique setting: the private and elegant context of a splendid sixteenth-century house, former vicarious seat.

Ideal for a couple (and a child), nature lovers, who want to enjoy days between nature, exceptional outings and sport.
Also suitable for long-term stays and those who want to work in relaxation. Private parking for guests in the garden.

The Lodge Villa Maria is located on the ground floor, which is the top floor with views, completely independent from the rest of the historic house. It overlooks the splendid private garden and has a 25 m2 terrace for the exclusive use of guests, where they can dine outside and sunbathe.

It offers all the comforts of the centre of Teolo, but at the same time extends to the natural beauty of Rocca Pendice, offering guests a tranquil environment immersed in nature.

It is very convenient for all excursions on foot, by bike or on horseback, ideal for climbing and close to all the main places of interest in the area: Villa Vescovi, Arquà Petrarca, Golf Club di Frassanelle, Golf Club Montecchia, Abano Terme, Montegrotto, but also Padua, Venice and Vicenza.

In the surrounding area you will also find the best restaurants and trattorias in the area as well as many farmhouses, which you can easily reach on foot or, if you wish, on horseback, given the proximity to the stables.

It has a large double bedroom, 4x4, with a comfortable bed, a 1.60 x 2 m mattress and goose down or stiffer pillows. Another single bed is in the living room.

A comfortable living room, independent from the rest of the bedrooms, (with TV, Netflix and free wifi at your disposal), with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal as a second bed for a third person (one and a half beds).
A large bathroom with a comfortable shower and a full kitchen/living room with dining area and second TV and everything you need: oven/ 4-burner stove/ microwave/ coffee machine with pods/ American fridge with fresh water and ice/ large Verona marble sink/ pots/ plates/ glasses/ tablecloths and cutlery.

Magnificent terrace for exclusive use with outdoor lounge to admire nature and enjoy the tranquility, outdoor shower, sun loungers for sunbathing and outdoor dining table, ideal for meals under the stars.

The cleaning service is requested separately and the laundry service is included. Everything needed for cleaning and swimming is already in the cupboards.

Pets are allowed subject to verification with the owner. Fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden are waiting for you in the fridge!

Bicycles can be safely left under the porch and parking is located inside the garden and is included. Please note that this is accessed via a spiral staircase! But no problem for large luggage, we take care of it and let you find it in your room! Your hosts are Alessandra and Patrick, husband and wife, who love to take care of the house and hospitality and share their passion for nature. With them, 3 adorable little dogs!
