A beautifully situated ground floor unit at One Canal Point in the heart of Seven Mile Beach Corridor with pool and canal views. This new & modern 2 bed/1 bath condo built in 2022 is surrounded by lush greenery, 25m lap swimming pool with a kids area, Bali style adult pool, luxury sun-loungers & umbrellas, hot tub, 2 BBQs on the canal edge, a fully equipped state of the art gym and a fun kids playground.

Guests can access high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit as well as in common resort areas including both pools, the gym and BBQ area.

The resort complex is located within 5 minutes walking distance of the world-famous Seven Mile Beach and has immediate canal front access with direct access to the North Sound (making attractions such as Stingray City, Rum Point and Starfish Point easily accessible by boat).
