This was a vacation for our family, from the grandchildren on up. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is large and airy. The living room has these wonderfully comfortable sofas. The best is the back deck looking over Shannons Brook. The dock is good if you have a kayak or canoe. The yard is large - perfect for running and building things. We had a wonderful time.

Cozy house with its private dock, we could use the canoe from the dock to the lake, there is also a pedal boat. The yard is a quiet place with old trees, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or appreciate an evening fire. Birds sing in the morning. Loons can also be heard sometimes. The house has everything you can need. It was a perfect place to enjoy some time off.

We absolutely loved the place in the backyard. The dock on the canal, the setting the beautiful home, the fire pit, the gas grill the picnic table on the back deck, it was all absolutely wonderful and we had a wonderful time.

Comfortable stay

The house is spacious, clean, and cozy. There was everything we would need during our stay. The location is great - it is only one minute drive to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely rent this house again in the future!

Columbus Day Weekend Getaway

We had a great time staying here over the Columbus Day weekend. The house is quite spacious and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and the house has all of the needed amenities, both inside and out. A perfect spot for a fall weekend with our family!

The home is exactly as described with a spacious and inviting open floor plan and comfortable sleeping areas. The yard is also large and open with lovely sitting spots. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. We will come back!
