Large country home with huge rustic great room that opens to a loft. 3 BRS, 1 Bath, Woodstove, well appointed Kitchen and separate DR. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the 3Rd has 2 twin trundle beds.

Outside has a large yard and deck with Patio set, BBQ and a dock, so you can boat, row or swim to the big Lake from Shannon Brook. Balmoral amenities include a beautiful sandy beach, boat launch, tennis, playground and more.
There are many restaurants for casual and upscale dining very close by.
Perfect location for summer fun with swimming, hiking, kayaking, fishing, golf, mini golf and many more attractions..
The fall brings the beautiful foliage, antiquing, shopping and fairs.
Winter fun includes snomobiling out the door to Castle in the Clouds, skiing, and ice fishing to name a few. Also many of New Hampshires best ski mountains are within 45 minutes .

We absolutely loved the place in the backyard. The dock on the canal, the setting the beautiful home, the fire pit, the gas grill the picnic table on the back deck, it was all absolutely wonderful and we had a wonderful time.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we'd love it here. They have everything you could need while vacationing. Very easy to communicate with Susan and Lee. Kids thought the brook was the best!
