About this property

Very spacious 3 bedroom family owned home. The summer and winter fun is endless!

This is the Chalet to stay! Check out My 3 bedroom two full bath chalet it is so cute! Take a look! Beautiful kitchen the wood work is amazing throughout the house. The upstairs has a huge loft for gaming, sleeping hanging out. Lots of room for parking vehicles or a boat in the driveway. Huge deck to grill, hangout, have a fire. Set back from all the kayos but close enough to be there with in 5 minutes. We are part of a great little private community called Balmoral. We are one mile from a private beach that sits on the great Lake Winnipesaukee. Boat launch for your convenience. This beach has a volleyball net, bocce ball court. Bring your corn hole boards to the beach! There is a playground behind the clubhouse as well as a tennis court. Basketball courts are a few streets away. Such a vacation destination for all seasons. Plenty todo within the area as well as 30-40 minutes away. Summer and winter fun for all let’s book today! We have cameras in outside in the front and back of the house. It creates sound but we cannot hear you.

We are in a great community please respect all rules and people. No glass bottles at the beach is a huge one! Pick up after yourselves!
I ask all guests to take your garbage! I provide a dump sticker for everyone! It’s 3 miles away so please use it.
This property is family owned which means we spend time there. I do not mind you and your guests have a good time just please be respectful.

Great location. We were there for a wedding at Castle In the Clouds, it was so convenient only an 8 minute drive from the house. Close to some good local restaurants. House was beautiful and we had plenty of room. Enjoyed the large deck for morning coffee and evening drinks. Great communication by owner. Quick responses to all my questions very easy check-in process would highly recommend staying here.

My Neighborhood is set back from the beach about one mile. If you don’t want to stay right in the kayos this is a place for you and your family. Still only 5 minutes from it all and more of the lake life.

What makes this property unique

Location is ideal for all types of fun and activities for all. My house is unique with all the wood work and decor. Huge deck for hanging and or grilling. Have a fire on the deck or in my back yard. Relax and let’s vacation in style!
