It was perfect and beyond expectations.

Attention to detail It was my daughter’s birthday celebration and Michael and Magda had arranged balloons, banners and a birthday cake for her. All completely unexpected and a lovely surprise. Nothing seems too much trouble for them.

We had an amazing holiday! The hosts were very informative and quick to respond to any questions, making everything so easy. They left daily surprises, which added a delightful touch to the experience, and even themed the house, making it so much fun. The house itself was lovely—clean, well-equipped, and in a great location for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it!

Top service, amazing space, beautiful area, customer service beyond expectations

Magda was so helpful from start to finish, communication was fantastic, anything I needed all I had to do was text and I got a message back within minutes. She catered for me and nine others, nothing was too much for her, the place was spotless and clean and there were little gifts left for us. Genuinely the nicest place I have ever stayed in a very long time. Will definitely be back

Great stay

We had a party of 9 (6 adults, 3 children) stay for a long weekend and Beresford cottage was the perfect base for our stay, just a short walk to Skegness town centre. The house itself was a really good size and spotlessly clean. Facilities and provisions left were ideal as well. The whole property was brilliant but the real star is the outside space. Really good sized garden, plenty of comfortable seating and games room with fridge. The hot tub was of course the winner for everybody in our party. We all had a wonderful stay and hope to return again. Thank you very much to Magda & Michael for being such attentive hosts as well!

Fun family stay! 5 min walk from pleasure beach! 🎈

The facilities were brilliant both in and out the house. More than enough toilets and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Lovely Bedding. Lovely furnishings and floorings. Everything was clean and worked well. Dishwasher and washing machine tablets all provided! We didn’t want for anything. Age range 7-70 and everyone was happy and entertained, from air hockey to a very special treasure hunt which we all enjoyed. The hosts brought us extra treats every day. The hosts were amazing so friendly etc

Wow, what can i say! It was fabulous from start to finish. The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The facilities were amazing with hot tub, out door dining, cool American style games room that had pool, table football and air hockey. Giant connect 4, Nobby the horse and selection of cowboy and animal hats. Magda is lovely, she brought baskets of goodies almost every day, nothing was too much trouble. The kids loved the treasure hunt, very cleverly thought out. All the family and scatty dogs had a wonderful week .

Amazing house

Our family of 11 stayed at this property and its the best house we've stayed at. So clean and spacious and brilliant for children of all ages. On rainy days it was fantastic the kids could go and play in the big outside games room and hot tub which was so clean. We had hours of fun in it. We was left little gifts everday by the owners which was so thoughtful and lovely. We never had to wait to use bathrooms as there's 3 toilets and 2 showers and a bath. The location of the property was brilliant 5 minute walk to skegness town and tesco, home bargains and morrisons all within 5 mins walking. Can't wait to book again 🙂
