The house is located on the beach, in the most sought-after area of Torre del Mar / Caleta. The development is a spacious complex consisting of 12 houses on a private, gated 4,300-square-meter property. The front of the property offers direct access to the beach and the boardwalk, and this section of the promenade is closed to vehicle traffic. In the centre, there is a magnificent pool, with one section for adults and another area with a shallower depth suitable for children. In addition, the complex features spacious common areas; the pool is open year-round.<br>All the homes in the complex also have a private garden.<br>The ground floor features a porch opening onto the garden, a spacious kitchen with a laundry area, a large living-dining room, a bathroom, and a very bright and pleasant bedroom.<br>The second floor has two very spacious bedrooms and a fantastic bathroom with a large shower.<br> One of these bedrooms has a balcony.<br>The house can accommodate up to 6 people.<br>The area is very peaceful, even in summer; the greenery and the garden make it a little oasis—it’s the perfect place to read a book, sunbathe, swim, or enjoy the beach and the sea. We highly recommend a sunrise swim in the sea—a true pleasure right nearby that, once you try it, becomes an essential way to start your day.<br>The house has all the necessary amenities nearby; just a few metres away is the Victoria beach bar, which is very charming and highly rated by its customers. Other options, such as the Eclipse Restaurant or Mani Restaurant, are also very close by.<br>There’s also an Aldi supermarket just a few metres from our house, which is very convenient for shopping.<br>The house is located between Caleta and Torre del Mar, right on the beachfront.<br>Just step outside and walk along the sea—you’ll reach Torre del Mar in a few minutes. There you’ll find all kinds of shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as a wide range of services. Along the way, you can enjoy its pleasant gardens.<br>Another popular option for getting to Torre del Mar is the sandy beach path that the local government has built, which many people use. <br>The house is very close to everything but in a special, very quiet area—a little oasis.<br>Another option is to walk east towards Caleta de Vélez; in just a few minutes, you’ll reach the town centre or the Caleta harbour, which features a marina and fishing port, where you’ll find more restaurants and a lively atmosphere—some days there’s even live music.<br>Getting to Caleta on foot is also very convenient; it has restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and a very popular market on Saturdays.<br><br>The house features simple yet pleasant decor that will make you feel right at home.<br>Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, and pets are not allowed.<br>The house has a designated parking space within the complex for one car; the exact location will be indicated upon your arrival.<br>This area of the Costa del Sol, where the house is located, has the best climate in Europe—a subtropical climate. The sun is very pleasant in winter and allows you to sunbathe, even in a swimming costume, during the middle of the day.<br>Finally, although the gated community isn’t very crowded—since there are few homes—it has rules governing the use of common areas and the pool, which must be observed to ensure everyone’s peace and enjoyment.<br>People who live here or know the area say that this part of the area, where the house is located, is the best because it’s quiet yet has everything nearby. <br>Also within the area, our development is perhaps the most highly regarded for the features that make it unique.<br>The house is perfectly connected; both access from the highway and the exit to it are really easy and convenient.<br>To get there, there’s an exit that connects to a small road leading to the beach, making the trip easy; the exit to the highway is also very close, and you can merge onto it in just two minutes.<br>Just a five-minute drive away is the modern El Ingenio shopping centre, featuring fashion stores, cinemas, a hypermarket, and more.<br>During your stay, we recommend exploring the Axarquía region.
