Spanning over 2,500 square feet, this magnificent waterfront residence graced by beautiful sunrises, wall-to-wall windows and beautiful hardwood floors is a haven for gazing at Lyon Lake views from multiple vantage points. This 2-story house is great to host families of all sizes. Accompanied by an elegant dining room, the lower level consists of a tremendous island kitchen, den/family room with a fireplace with garage access, a half bath, a bedroom and plenty of space! The upstairs houses the master suite which includes a fireplace with a kitchenette, a beautiful view of the lake with direct access to the laundry room, a second bedroom and a bedroom with plenty of space and toys for kids of all ages. Outside offers a beautiful deck overlooking the lake and a dock with access to a pontoon boat, 1 jet ski, 2 kayaks and a beachfront for sunbathing and playing in the sand.
