Unwind in this fully renovated house with stunning views from the terraces and every window, located in the authentic village of Cavaion Veronese, just 4 km from Lake Garda.

The house is part of a residence with 4 houses located on a green hill with beautiful views of the surrounding olive groves and vineyards, as well as Lake Garda and the historic part of Cavaion Veronese.

The house has a living room with kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious relaxation area, double garage, 2 terraces (one of which is covered) and a swimming pool.

All modern comforts are available for a wonderful, relaxing holiday: fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, etc.), air conditioning, large communal swimming pool, beautiful 3,800 m² green grounds with olive trees.

Bath and bed linen are not included and must be provided by yourself.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und bietet reichlich Platz für die ganze Familie. Besonders schön war, dass die Kinder ihre eigene Ecke zum Entspannen hatten. Der Ausblick ist einmalig – mit Blick auf den See, einfach traumhaft. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts gefehlt hat. Der Pool ist sehr groß und lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und bemüht ,jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

direkter Nachbar

Leider ist nicht so genau ersichtlich, dass man direkten Nachbarn im Reihenhaus hat.Nachbarn sind Eigentümer mit Kindern.Der Olivenhain nicht so spektakulär groß.
