Mondello Relax offers a spacious 70sqm open plan apartment with own private entrance set in a luxury Villa only 10 minutes walk from the spectacular Mondello beach. The apartment is new and has a full kitchen, dining area and living area with 65 inch flat screen Tv, featuring free fast Wi-Fi, Netflix and Prime. The sleeping zone has a Queen size bed with linen provided and there is a smart working area, complete with free use of a large monitor. A walk in shower completes the ensuite bathroom. Free toiletries, and towels are provided. Blackout blinds and a comfortable mattress will help you rest after a day at the beach or touring. Parking is free and easy outside the property. The area is safe to walk and full of restaurants, bars and shops along with tours and seaside activities. Mondello is a fun lively town with a great climate. The people are friendly and the food is excellent. We look forward to seeing you at Mondello Relax.

The Mondello Relax team hosts are from New Zealand and Italy. We have lived in the UK, America, Israel, New Zealand and Italy. We now reside in Mondello, Palermo, known for its white sand beach, vibrant nightlife, Liberty style villas and crystal clear waters. We love to travel and enjoy meeting people from all over the world. One of our favourite things is to take our guests on a private day tour to some of the best places in Sicily.

Why they chose this property

We chose the Mondello area because it’s safe and very close to Mondello beach. The area is full of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Swimming is a dream at Mondello beach with its white sand and clear waters. Water sports are plentiful along with a glass bottomed submarine, a large ferris wheel and a buzzing promenade complete with night markets.

Our property is spacious and new with all modern comforts and facilities. There are two outdoor spaces solely for guests and a work space for those who need it. We offer private day excursions to nearby towns and beaches such as Cefalu, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Zingaro Nature Reserve, Castellammare dell Golfo, Segesta or Agrigento.
