This modern house for 12 guests is located in the center of Can Picafort, 400m from the sandy beach of Son Bauló and offers comfort and pleasant space for your stay. The 400m2 house on the 800m2 plot has two floors. The ground floor greets you with a hall with a staircase to the first floor, a double bedroom with access to the garden, a full bathroom, a living room with space for 12 people and a large kitchen with a dining room. Satellite TV, free wifi. From the kitchen you can access the pool area with its 12 sun loungers and the chill-out area and its bathroom with the shower. The first floor has 5 bedrooms with air conditioning, with their bathrooms and balconies or terraces. Free parking is on the street in front of the house. A cot and high chair are provided upon request. A welcome pack is offered with a bottle of wine and ensaimada, which is a typical Mallorcan dessert. Pets are allowed on request.
