Wonderful holiday

The villa is magnificent. Very comfortable. The layout is excellent. All the bedrooms have en-suite shower or bathrooms. The kitchen is open plan and spacious. The view is memorable. All in all a great property.

Fantastic villa and service

The villa and Salvador and his team suurpassed expectations. Location slightly more remote than we are used to as we like to walk to restaurants etc but the villa worth it! The villa is modern and has everything you want with a great view. Definitely want to go back!!!

Beautiful Pollensa villa

This property was an ideal setting for a multigenerational holiday. The spacious villa itself was very well equipped and finished to a very high standard, with extensive grounds, a good sized pool, and stunning views across to the mountains and the sea. With toddlers in tow we particularly appreciated the removable safety fence. Any minor issues were resolved promptly, and communication with the hosts was very good.The barbecue and pool were cleaned daily. The rurual location meant that a hire car was a necessity, but we found we were actually reluctant to leave the villa, it was such a lovely spot!

Beautiful finca with perfect service!

The still quite new property and plot are imposing and even more beautiful than in the photos. The property is overall very impressive and the location perfect with a very great view of the bay of Port Pollenca. One feels very private, undisturbed and can enjoy the peace and nature. Already the driveway, where you are greeted by cacti and lined with huge olive trees, is a highlight. Although you are in the north of the island, you are very quickly in Palma (about 30 min) and also everything else is very easy to reach. There are many shopping possibilities nearby. The nature in Pollenca is beautiful and overall you are in a region without mass tourism. Finca and property were very clean, very well maintained and the equipment was also very good. The materials used in the property are luxurious - just like the furnishings. You can tell that the finca is planned and maintained with a lot of love and heart. All rooms/bathrooms are well thought out and beautiful. The beds were incredibly comfortable and linens and towels of a special quality. Additionally, there were plenty of beach towels. The utility rooms, vein sized refrigerator and the two dishwashers were also especially handy. The contact and check-in/out process with the landlord were uncomplicated, friendly and very personal. As a welcome there was wine and snacks. :-). The rest of the service was perfect. Every day the gardeners/house technicians came and took care of the garden, pools, cleaning of the grill, garbage

Geburtstagswoche mit Familie und Freunden

Wir haben mit 10 Erwachsenen und 1 Baby eine traumhafte Woche erlebt. Es ist eine außergewöhnliche Villa mit jeglichem Komfort, sehr viel Platz und vielen Möglichkeiten sich zu erholen und Gemeinschaft zu erleben. In der großzügigen Küche macht das gemeinsame Kochen Spaß, der Pool und der Whirlpool bieten allen Altersgruppen genügend Entspannung. Besonders ist die Betreuung durch Joselete und seinem Team, die sehr hilfsbereit und allzeit ansprechbar waren. Es war ein einmaliges Erlebnis und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Es war megaaaaaa!!!!

Wir waren mit unserer Agentur und insgesamt zehn Personen dort. Das Haus hat alles erfüllt, was man sich nur wünschen konnte. Top Einrichtung, top Service, wunderschöne Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin reisen.

Fabulous property

The property was fabulous with all necessary amenities. The BBQ cleaned every day that we used it. Cleanliness of the hot tub was a little disappointing. Support from the owner and manager was very excellent, who reacted very quickly when we lost power after the thunderstorms.

If I won the lottery

If I won the lottery, this is what I would buy, or model something on this, and believe me, it would need to be the Euromillions jackpot. This house is amazing. The quality, the location and amenities are amazing. And a big thanks to Salvador and Joselete for looking after us so efficiently and in such a friendly manner.

Amazing Property

Exactly what our group was looking for in a relaxing vacation getaway. To be honest, the pictures don't do the place justice as the view and the amenities far exceeded our expectations. Traumhafter Urlaub

Zusammengefasst: es war eine unglaubliche Woche in Pollenca, in dieser fantastischen Unterkunft. Wir waren im November (21.11.-27.11.21) mit 13 Leuten vor Ort, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es war alles PERFEKT. Die Aufteilung der Villa, die Größe der Doppelzimmer und der jeweils dazugehörigen Badezimmer, der Wohnbereich, der Essbereich, die Küche und die weiteren Zimmer sind als hervorragend zu bezeichnen. Das Housekeeping hat jeden Morgen den Grillplatz gereinigt, den Whirlpool aufgefüllt und kontrolliert, den Pool gesäubert und sich um den Müll gekümmert. Ein Service, der seinesgleichen sucht! VIELEN DANK FÜR ALLES!!!
