"Barefoot Breeze" Awaits

Welcome to Imperial Shores and the beaches of Bonita Springs and southwest Florida.

This 2003 single-story home has been lovingly updated and the detailed tile work throughout the kitchen, family room and bathrooms will have you instantly falling in love with this rental. The living room area has a 65-inch 4K television with surround sound and the reclining sectional comfortably seats six. On the other side of this room is a Foosball table to keep the younger members of your family as well as the young at heart entertained. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queens, and the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the lower bunk and a twin on the upper. There's even space for baby with a Pack N Play provided by the owners. 3 bedrooms have their own 48-inch smart television.

The large eat-in kitchen has a table that easily accommodates eight and the bar counter has three bar stools for additional seating. The LG kitchen appliances are brand new as are the washer and dryer.

The backyard offers a brand new over-sized heated pool with plenty of lanai space for the lounge chairs and table and chairs. You'll find beach toys in the garage along with life jackets for three children. While you are hanging out by the pool, connect your iPhone or Galaxy to the Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker provided by the owners to round out your enjoyment poolside.

The property itself boasts all types of fruit trees and you are encouraged to go out in the morning to pick banana or star fruit for breakfast and lemons and limes for your "Five o'clock somewhere" adult beverages.

The interior and exterior of the home have been recently painted with accordion shutters on all windows and doors for storm protection and an alarm and fire alarm system for added security.

This is an ideal location for beach and boating lovers and is close to the many fine restaurants ( within a mile of 8 of the top 10 ranked restaurants in Bonita Springs ), shopping and entertainment venues. You can bike to Barefoot Beach which is only a mile away on the three bicycles provided by the owners.

You are less than 30 minutes away from RSW (Fort Myers International Airport), 10 minutes from Coconut Point Mall (a lifestyle mall with retail, restaurants, and residences), and 25 minutes from downtown Naples. Who says you can't have it all?

Great clean house

We had a great stay. We had enough space for all of us and close to the beach. The pool was the best spot for us. Everything was beautiful and the pool and patio space is where spent a lot of our time.

Beautiful modern property with pool/lanai impeccably maintained. Owners have thought of everything, well equipped with pool toys, towels, beach equipment, and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect Stay

This house was incredibly comfortable… everything felt new, clean, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, there were multiple detergent options for the washing machine, and plenty of pool toys and beach towels were available.The beds and couch were super comfy, and the pool was perfectly heated and private thanks to the beautiful, lush landscaping.Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient. We were just minutes from all the restaurants we wanted to try, errands were a breeze, and the beach was a quick drive away. It only took us 9 minutes to get to Mercato in North Naples!A bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival and the owner was very responsive. Truly the best rental we’ve ever booked. Highly recommend!

Comfortable Bonita Home

The home and property are extremely nice with many amenities and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We really enjoyed riding the bikes to the beach ! Four nice bikes, beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, good location and security spot lights all make this house very attractive. The house is located in a very diversified neighborhood which may be a negative factor for some.

Relaxed Vacation Awaits You at Barefoot Breeze

Thank you to the owners of Barefoot Breeze for allowing us to rent their well-maintained, beautifully decorated, redesigned vacation home located close to the heart of shopping in Bonita Springs and near Barefoot Beach and Lover's Key State Park. It is a short drive to both Ft. Myers and Naples, as well. The home is well-stocked with all the amenities needed, including a heated pool, to enjoy a relaxing vacation week(s). The owner was immediately responsive to any questions we had prior to renting and while there. Thank you, again, Johnny. We had a wonderful week at Barefoot Breeze.

Look no further!!

An amazing property! The home is tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and amenities unlike most rental properties….I wish I had the beautiful tile/stone finishes in my own home! From a fully stocked kitchen for meal prep, puzzles, games and Foosball for the kids, to beach chairs and pool toys, the owners have thought of everything. The location is minutes from Bonita Beach and only 15 minutes to Lovers Key State Park beach- our favorite. The owner is attentive and responsive to any needs. We look forward to visiting again next year and only hope after others discover this gem there will be a week available for us!!

All the amenities you'll need!

This is a beautiful home, located in a convenient area of Bonita Springs, only a mile away from beautiful beaches. The first thing that we noticed when we walked in was how clean the place was! We had 10 people stay here, including 5 granddaughters age 6-12. They spent almost all of their waking hours in the lovely pool! The two sitting areas were great when the kids watched a movie at night in one area, and the adults sat in the other area to visit. Nice linens in bathrooms, plenty of beach towels and pool toys, well stocked kitchen. Johnny, the owner, was always very quick to respond and even reached out during our visit to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this place for a vacation rental.

Perfection!

Weve stayed in 10 different VRBO rental homes in southwest Florida over the years. This is the best by far, and the only one I want to return to. It is the cleanest, most well equipped and furnished, and the owner is a great guy. He responds to texts within a minute. We had a problem with the dishwasher on a Sunday and he had a handyman there within a few hours Amazing! The kitchen has high quality cookware, dishes flatware etc., which is very rare in rental homes. The heated pool and lanai are beautiful and there are lots of pool toys and beach towels. Location is close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. We're already booked for next year.

Wonderful home near the beach!

My family and I stayed here for a week after this past Christmas. It was ourselves and 5 children (ages 14, 14, 13, 10, 9). The space worked well for us with the eldest two and youngest two sharing rooms. The bunk room was great for the 14 year olds. All bedrooms except kids bunk room had TVs. Home has large open concept kitchen, living room, family room area that makes great for small family/friend get togethers. Easy access to the beach via short bike ride or ride to public access. We know the area well so were not surprised by the fact a number of homes in the area were destroyed during last few hurricanes. Rebuilding though seems to be on the uptake. A number of lots still for sale nearby. Area also has a number of multi-family/duplex options that are most likely rentals. The proximity to beach and other resources though were enough for us to overlook this and book anyway. The homeowner did a great job remodeling. Everything is clean with modern lines and well thought out. I'd book this spot again. I'm excited to see the area be redeveloped with the increase number of investors and renovations going up in the area. Area was safe and I'd take my family back here again without hesitation. Great spot for a family getaway!

The house was beautiful, extremely clean and very well equipped. We had our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren with us, ages 1 and 4. They had regular toys, pool toys, beach toys and plenty of floats. They also had a pack and play & high chair. The pool and lanai area were beautiful. You won’t be disappointed with this house and the host was great.

All-Around Five Star

Our stay at Bonita Shores was wonderful. The home is meticulous and clean. The home was well supplied and had everything we needed to make nice dinners! The sitting areas were roomy and comfortable - they easily accommodated our 6’+ sons. Honestly, this rental exceeded our expectations for comfort and ambiance. The pool was lovely. And the location was central and close to the beach. You must rent!

Exceptional Experience

We had to change our plans four days before our vacation when our cruise was cancelled. We were really bummed, but quickly started looking for houses we could book for a week in Florida. We came across this beautiful house, and it was everything we could have imagined. The host was very easy to communicate with, and thought of everything you could possibly need to make it a great stay from board games, beach chairs, and 4 bikes. The house was very clean and the pool was incredible with a close and easy commute to a beautiful beach. We are so grateful to have had the incredible experience we did when our plans had to change last minute. Thank you Johnny!

Great rental

Could not be a better place to rent. The house is better than described even! Less than 2 miles to Barefoot Beach, plenty of beach towels, chairs, beach gear clean and in great condition provided. Lovely pool with tons of pool toys and floaties. Home is spotless and in perfect condition. Owner makes the stay extremely enjoyable, is always available if something is needed, and couldn’t be nicer. We would come again 100x over. Couldn’t say enough positive things about this rental.

My wife and I, along with our three children, love Bonita Springs. It's the perfect blend of "just enough things to see and do" without the hustle and bustle of a major metropolitan city. The lifestyle here is laid back and the people here are generally in a vacation state of mind and just happy to be here! We bought this home as an investment as well as a family vacation home and every time we come here, we don't want to leave. You won't want to leave either!

We are from the Chicagoland area. I own a tile company and did all the tile work in the house (with a little help from a friend) and Monika is busy taking care of our home and our three children.

We hope you have a very pleasant stay and that you'll come back again and again.

Why they chose this property

It is convenient to everything. You can bike to the beach, to restaurants, to bars, just about anything. The outdoor space is just as wonderful as our indoor space. We love spending time in the pool (with changing light colors); picking fresh fruit from all our trees; and going to the beach (of course)!
