Naples Luxury Spotless 4 Bdrm Heated Pool Walk Bike To Beach

My main focus is to make certain that when a guest arrives they enter a house that matches how the house was described online. After a guest arrives my main focus is to immediately respond to questions or concerns a guest may have. I truly want the guest to have a great experience. Unfortunately, this guest was extremely difficult and very hard to please. One hour before the guest was do to check out he informed me that he needed an additional three hours to depart. I informed the guest that a new group was arriving in the afternoon and I couldn't extend the check out time. The guest became very upset and obviously has decided to extend that by leaving a very critical review. It's a shame because I allowed this guest to check in at 11 am as a courtesy and although the air temperature was 95 degrees the guest felt the pool water was too cold so I came to the house 10 minutes after he called and turned on the pool heater. I have never had a guest complain about the hot water or road noise. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The 2nd picture in the listing is a map that shows the house and the Gulf of Mexico. I don't see how I could describe the location better than using a map. The property is correctly advertised!!!
