Summary:
A panoramic hideaway in Vernazza, in the last building on the main square, with a terrace that feels suspended over the sea. 40 sqm, fourth floor, served by one of the few lifts in Vernazza.
The Space:
Open-plan living room with kitchenette, dining table and a sofa that folds out into a single bed, with a sea view from the window. Bright double bedroom with Smart TV and direct terrace access, air conditioned. One bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine), washing machine, free Wi-Fi. The large furnished terrace is the heart of the flat. Maximum 3 guests.
Guest Access:
In the last building on Vernazza's famous main square, near the path to the ferry landing. Despite being on the fourth floor, the flat is comfortably reached thanks to a lift — a rarity in Vernazza (a handful of steps to reach the lift itself). Exclusive access to the whole flat.
The Neighborhood:
Vernazza, the most photographed village in the Cinque Terre: main square, little harbour, restaurants and traditional shops, all a short walk away.
Getting Around:
The train station is a few minutes' walk. Public car park above the village for those driving (about 1,200 metres from the pedestrian area), with a shuttle and then a short walk to our office (about 5 minutes). Advance booking of the car park recommended (roughly €20/day).
Other Things to Note:
Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome for a non-refundable supplement, on a lead in all communal areas including the stairs, not allowed on beds or sofas.
Heating is independently controlled.
We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk and sugar — plus our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout. Our concierge office in Vernazza is open 9:30am–7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Interaction with Guests:
Assisted check-in from 3:00pm to 7:00pm; late check-in from 7:00pm to 10:00pm carries a €50 supplement. No check-in possible after 10:00pm — past this hour car parks close, night trains are rare and often delayed or cancelled, and the villages fall quiet with no one around who could really help anyway: far better to plan a calm arrival the next day than face the stress of arriving this late.
