The apartment was great. It was located in the perfect area for us. We walked all over Florence and were happy to be able to crash in air conditioned rooms. The check in and out process was super easy and quick!!

Great apartment, exactly as advertised. Beds were comfy, water pressure was good. Easy walking distance to main tourist attractions, but in a quieter neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was clean, location was great. We were very pleased with the air conditioning. The bathrooms could be improved - there was no counter space in either so we had to put our toiletries on the floor. We visited Caffe mi Piace next door every day for an affordable and tasty breakfast.

We were very happy! The apartment was clean and modern. The host answered our questions very quickly and she was suoer nice. The location is quiet and centrally located to grocery stores and all the shops. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you for making our first trip to Florence seamless and stress free.

This place did not disappoint! Conveniently located to everything yet tucked away and quiet. Comfortable layout, comfortable beds, comfortable amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lots of room, great location on the other side of the river, very quiet street, great restaurant nearby (Trattoria Boboli). Great fridge / freezer, kitchen and amenities, it was great to have a washing machine. Very nice having two bathrooms. Easy walk to Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens, Ponte Vecchio. Great air con, needed it in Sep!!Bed was okay, mattress seems rather old now, pillows not so great. Second bedroom is not a permanent bedroom but a fold out couch, not sure how comfortable that would be. On second floor, stairs are slightly narrow and small so difficult to navigate even with medium sized luggage.

Thank you very much for having us as your guests. The apartment is perfect and the location is ideal—right in the heart of the Santo Spirito district, not far from the city center. Everything is within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is very well and modernly equipped; nothing was missing. We would be very happy to come back.

We were moved to a different property as our original one was experiencing electrical problems.We were very happy with the apartment, the location was amazing, very close to the river, and a short walk to the old town and tourist attractions. The apartment provided everything that we needed.Communication with the hosts and the concierge was excellent. We did have to wait for a while outside the apartment for the concierge to arrive but she kept in very good contact with us.I would recommend a stay in this apartment!
