This apartment was perfect for our needs. The location is well served by public transportation and is easy to reach by foot. I love the neighborhood and the proximity to the Campo di Marte station.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Florence. This apartment is in a great quiet location that is within walking distance to all of the main tourist spots. There are many great restaurants and a good grocery store nearby. The apartment has everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Great location with lovely patio

A wonderful one bedroom to stay at in Florence. Easy access to transit to get you everywhere. Clean, cool and good for cooking quick meals. Patio is a great addition. Host was very easy to communicate with and super helpful. I recommend you stay here.

Very nice place with cute patio. Foul odour in the hallway that creeps into the apartment occasionally. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Charming apartment in Florence residential neighborhood

This apartment was within walking distance of the major sites I wished to see. The availability of a washer and outdoor drying rack was welcome in the midst of my prolonged trip. One bedroom makes it suitable for one guest or a couple.

Quiet Patio

Quick and pleasant responsiveness to any questions that arose, which helped to quickly ease any concerns that we had. Secure building and apartment. Bedroom itself has very limited clothing storage, so need to use hall closet. The kitchen is well appointed ( look for the ‘hidden’ drawer which we only discovered a couple of days in to find placemats, hot plates, plastic wrap etc.) for the meals that we did actually cook/bake. Ask at the check in how to use the gas stovetop and oven (symbols are unclear) if unsure. Oil, salt coffee available. Trial size shampoo/soap. Location is quiet and residential which is great to get a proper night’s sleep. The trade is that walking in and out to centre of city/sights is 30 minutes ( decent pace ) Bus available and train (check frequency), but we found it easier to just walk rather than navigate the scheduling. Never took a taxi.Overall a pleasant stay!

This apartment is really well located, with buses and shops nearby, and it’s really easy to get to the centre of town. The apartment is large, the garden is lovely and the communication with the team was very smooth. The only downside was that the flat had quite a noticeable smell of damp which lessened when aerating the space but we never quite got rid of it. Maybe the flat hadn’t been occupied for a while before our stay, but this was a little unpleasant.
