The house has two entrances, one independent on the street (on a rather quiet one-way street) and one from the inner courtyard of the condominium, and is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor we find large eat-in kitchen with bar counter, study with double sofa bed and bathroom;
- on the mezzanine floor bedroom with work area and desk, bathroom open plan to the room, and walk-in closet;
- in the basement, on the other hand, there is the tavern used as a living room with sofa, TV, and large dining table.

Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven, and all necessary dishes and cooking utensils.
The bedroom and study are equipped with closets, cabinets, and walk-in closet for storage, and the large windows have blackout curtains for the night.
