Overlooking the harbour of Puerto del Carmen, just a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and bars, yet in a quiet area with free street parking. Sunny terrace and ocean view, great TV selection and Wi-Fi—everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom features a king-size bed (2 individual, high-quality mattresses, 90x190 cm), and the second bedroom has 1 single bed (90x190 cm); there is one bathroom with a shower, a living room (TV with international channels and Wi-Fi) connected to a fully equipped kitchen; a sunny terrace with a sea view.

The harbour area, where the apartment is located, was originally a fishing village—the very beginning of what is now Puerto del Carmen’s Old Town. Although it is a tourist area today, you can still see fishermen mending their nets in front of their houses.

Appartement parfaitement équipé. la vue sur mer est un peu entachée d'appartements en 1ère ligne. Située au calme dans la vieille ville, coté port. A 1 min du sentier littoral, belles balades, magnifiques vues. Dommage que des bruits de travaux soient venus nous gêner presque tout le séjour...
