The Space

Our spacious, two-story home offers a comfortable retreat for your entire group, featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The bright, naturally lit living areas are perfect for gathering after a day of adventure.

For our younger guests, the house is equipped with a playroom, children's books, toys, and board games, ensuring fun for all ages. Settle in and feel right at home in this welcoming space designed for comfort and connection.

Your Waterfront Oasis

Step outside into your private, screened-in lanai. Spend your afternoons floating in the heated pool or unwinding in the bubbling hot tub. As evening arrives, enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table, surrounded by the gentle sounds of the waterway.

The property features a private boat dock with direct, deepwater Gulf access, putting you seconds away from world-class fishing. Cast a line for Tarpon, Snook, Redfish, Sea Trout, Jack Crevalle, and more. For other water adventures, feel free to use the provided kayak. You might even spot dolphins or manatees playing in the water!

The Neighborhood

Worries End is located on the eastern edge of the Matlacha Pass Wildlife Preserve in a quiet, residential neighborhood in NW Cape Coral. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area while being perfectly positioned for exploration.

* All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
* Per city regulations, parking for commercial trucks, boats, or boat trailers in the driveway or street is not permitted.

No loud noise.No boats or boat trailers to be parked in driveway or on any empty lots. Parking cars only in drive , do not park on lawn of empty lots.
BBQ is to be left clean, grease free, bottom covered with foil. There is a $100 charge for dirty grill. There will be a $80 charge for empty gas tanks
used linens and towels, 1 load in washer, 1in dryer, dishwasher loaded and started, garbage in trash cans, sweep floors.

the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was awesome. I caught a wide variety of fish from the dock, Black Drum, snook, mangrove snapper, lady fish, sand perch, Sheeps head, as well as a few catfish. the dock was our favorite part because of the view of the wildlife area and the amazing sunsets. we also had a burrowing owl visit and a couple of iguanas.

Loved everything about our stay

Our family had an amazing time staying, and we hope to come back one day. Kayaking on the canal and fishing along with swimming in the pool lead to an amazing time while we were there. The home was clean and an order and the host was amazing to work with highly recommend staying here we will be back.

great spot for boating to the islands

wonderful house for large family or group. we love having our boat parked in the canal behind the house. The pool was great and Denise, the owner did everything to make our stay fantastic!

2024 Family Christmas

The house was as advertised. It easily accommodated our family of 9 which consisted of grandparents, parents and adult grandchildren. We spent most of our time outside lounging by the pool and on the dock. The kitchen was extremely well equipped.

Golf group of eight had zero issues with this beautiful house and property. Plenty of space, and what a gorgeous space it is. The bedrooms are large, kitchen/family room inviting and warm. The pool area is unbelievable. Everything you need for a great vacation is here. Communication with our hostess was a breeze and she was on top of everything. Location is peaceful and quiet yet close to everything; golf, stores, restaurants and bars. Best bargain we’ve found in a long time. We shall return!

House was great. Pool and hot tub where nice and the view out the back was excellent. House is in a great neighborhood very quiet even with building going on down the street. The host was great. I would definitely rent this house again and hope to in the next year or two.

Fabulous house

We rented your home for a family vacation and we were not disappointed. The house was very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the dock and watching the manatees and dolphins on the canal. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing off the dock. I would definitely rent this house in the future.

Beware! Advise the owner of items that were wrong upon initial walkthrough with video and owner filed an insurance claim. Overall the house was convenient for our boys football tournament and the neighborhood was friendly. Also the pictures need to be updated, this house and decor is very outdated. Beautiful house on a canal

We loved every minute of our week vacation. The weather was beautiful every day. We loved the dock, pool and hot tub. Plenty of room in the house for the 7 of us. The sunset from the hot tub was breathtaking. Our family really enjoyed our time. The owner was great to work with too. We will definitely be back!!

Gorgeous Home

Our family of 6 had a blast for 10 days. The home is fully stocked with outdoor pool toys, fishing equipment, kayaks, life jackets, and more. Very quiet and secluded location with a gorgeous pool overlooking the wildlife and saltwater canal. We rented a boat for the entire stay and enjoyed taking it out on the Gulf and the amazing local beaches.

All around great stay!

This home has it all. Plenty to keep the kids busy all day without ever leaving the property. Great location, close to shopping and great food. Home was spacious and squeaky clean. This was one of our best vacations to date. Was thrilled we were able to extend our time there another two days. We didn’t want to leave! Denise was an amazing host and we are so thankful she shared her gorgeous home with us! We will be back!

Girls Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a group of nine, plenty of room. Loved the pool and hot tub. Everything was as beautiful as the photos. Being on the canal was a bonus! Location was not our favorite, kind of a long drive to major areas we wanted to visit. Would have been nice to have a few more blankets on beds and throw blankets. Overall really enjoyed & would recommend!

Spacious Retreat

My family (6 adults and 2 children) had a great stay at Worries End! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out while the pool and spa area provided a wonderful space to relax and enjoy our time together. We loved watching the dolphins, birds and boaters on the water. We took several family bike rides (4 bikes were provided), and put a few lines in the water off the dock. The evenings were magical as the sun set over the preserve. A great time!!

Quarantine Heaven

Thank you so much for the opportunity to rent your house. It was a perfect fit for our family. The only downside was the time it took on the canals just to get out to open waters. Really shortened our boat time checking out the islands. Fortunately, the house was so perfect we all missed nothing. Thanks Denise!

Awesome getaway!

We all had a great time! From the pool to the canal! The fish wasn’t biting very good while we were there. Could have been the bait we was using. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to relax and have a good time. Denise was very helpful with things that we needed or needed to be done. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.
