Amazing Villa

We loved the villa and everything about it. We enjoyed our coffee out on the dock in the morning and saw manatees in the canal. The pools were amazing and the house was very clean. I will definitely book this villa again if going to Cape Coral or Ft. Myers area.

Perfect family getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space as two families, the pools were clean, and tons of seating to enjoy the out door air. It was perfect layout for two families. I rated a 4, as the beds were not comfortable, it was something that effected every adult in their sleeping and the supplies for a week trip were the bare minimum for dish soap, laundry etc.

Hi Bethany, We appreciate you taking the time to write this review and happy to hear that the home was spacious, the pool was clean and that you really enjoyed your stay! While mattress preferences often vary greatly by person, we do apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your stay. Please let us assure you that we value your feedback, and your comment has been passed along to the homeowner. Please also know that we stock each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get a typical reservation through a weekend or get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. Thanks again for your feedback! -The TurnKey Team

Perfect for a large family!

We had a total of 11 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 German Shepherd in our group. Even with that many people, we had an absolute fantastic time. We even got to meet the owner of the home, who was so very helpful. The pools were so refreshing for us and a great size so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We never felt like there was something missing, and the kitchens were very well stocked! We are already planning next year's trip, and will be rebooting the same home!

Lots of room for family

We had 4 adult couples and 5 young children. House had 7 beds and 7.5 bathrooms which accommodated the 13 people very well. Would prefer if units were connected but still worked well with pool area connecting units.

Absolutely beautiful

We had 5 adults and 8 kids for Spring Break 2022 here, and it was fantastic. Very clean, super spacious, private and in an awesome location. Multiple beaches within 10-40 minutes, many restaurants and bars close by, shopping close as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better property!

Family vacation

The house is great for a large/extended family. It is mostly clean, but could definitely use a good deep clean. The pool description is a bit confusing, only one of the pools can be heated and it’s the smaller of the two. Great location. Overall we had a great time.
