The host response time was within five minutes very quick and professional. Everything was perfect. The location is great and you are a three minute walk to the Water Taxi and easy to get Bolt or Grab. Also, walking if the heat is right is good to the Terminal 21 and other places. The place was great with a private access entrance to the gym and pool avoiding the stairs and elevator. The only reason for a 4 star overall rating instead of 5 star rating is the property is outdated. It shows in the building interior and exterior as well as in house/apt with walls, dresser and etc. But overall a great stay, the water pressure could be better but very spacious but the dinning room table probably is best for only 5 - 6 people when pulled out for dinner/lunch/breakfast. Also, there are some food stalls outside the place. Overall, if the price continues to be right and I have a large party this will be my first choice. Washer and Dryer combo worked perfectly. It did from time to time get stuck on Final Spin but still worked out perfectly. Thanks for hosting my family and friends. The security guard and building management were very nice and friendly. I did take the building trolley service so I can't comment on the trolley service or if I was able to use it as a non-owner.
