Lovely landscaping enhances the one-acre private wooded setting. The house is fully furnished, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. Rooms include: 4 bedrooms + loft, 2 1/2 baths, a country kitchen, dining room, living room and a large family room.. All bedrooms are on the second floor. There's also a ping-pong table in the basement. State Beach is only five minutes away. 'Peqout Point' overlooking Sengekontacket Pond, can be reached on a peaceful ten-minute walk. The fabulous Farm Neck Golf course is within 1/2 mile.
