Great location. Beautiful home. Host was quick to respond to questions before trip. And quickly fixed a smoke alarm issue while staying. Perfect for groups.

This location is impressive—a spacious, clean property well supplied with essentials in a peaceful neighborhood. The setting is ideal, with trails a brief walk away and coffee within reach on foot. Amenities include a gym, sauna, and hot tub. We plan to return next year!

We had our family stay here for a spring break vacation last week and it was perfect! Super clean, well equipped with everything you’d need and the BEST location. We could walk to trailheads from this house, and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would highly recommended!!

The Avant Stay host Joe was very responsive when we had in issue with the door code on the home gym and with the microwave. The outlets are weird. Plugs won’t stay in half of them. Otherwise the house was great and in the perfect location!

The house was extremely spacious, packed with great amenities, and showed so much wonderful attention to detail. We only wanted to leave a couple of friendly recommendations for the host: the refrigerator needed a bit deeper cleaning, and the hot tub visibly lacked maintenance and proper sanitization, which is so important to prevent any skin irritation or rashes for guests. A little extra supervision for the cleaning crew would easily resolve this! Overall, we loved our time here, had a fantastic stay, and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sedona."

Pet friendly property with fully fenced back yard. Easy walk to a few trail heads (closed due to fire but that’s just bad luck). Appreciated starter toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap. So much easier than having to buy those at the store when only staying a few days. Great communication with the host when a neighbor was cutting down a tree and branches came down onto the hot tub. Someone came with an hour to clean up the back yard. Would stay again.
