Quiet, well-equipped and clean studio next to the beach

Its on a seemingly newer part of Njivice over the Kijac Beach, so in fact it is a few hundred meters away from the beach. The studio was well-equipped, clean and comfortable, no issues whatsoever. The lady was very friendly, helpful and we even got a plate of fresh-from-the-oven cookies. If you are into a relaxing holiday spending most of your time at the beach and seaside then this is a great location.

Top Unterkunft

Wir waren mit unserem Hund eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es getrost weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ohne Verkehr oder Touristenlärm etc. Es war sehr sauber; das ist ein Kriterium, auf das wir sehr viel Wert legen, und da wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend; man fühlt sich willkommen und würde gerne länger bleiben. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Derek und MiA

7 osób z psem. Apartament zgodny z opisem. 12 minut spacerem do plaży miejskiej, 14 minut do plaży dla psów (chociaż na tej plaży czasami było więcej osób bez psów). Sklep spożywczy 4 minuty. Niedaleko restauracja, można wypożyczyć deskę (spua) lub rower wodny.

Sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit . Naturfreunde können hier den Aufenthalt richtig genießen . Im Apartment hat wirklich nichts gefehlt . Alles vorhanden für einen selbstversorger Urlaub. Ausreichend Platz vorhanden für alles. Ich kann nur auch für längere Aufenthalte empfehlen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Einfach top 👌

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty i wygodny apartament

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament - widać, że wyposażała go dobrze zorganizowana gospodyni. W kuchni są talerze, szklanki, sztućce, kilka garnków, patelnia, ręczniki papierowe, gąbeczka, otwieracz itp. Duża ilość ręczników, ściereczek kuchennych, miska, zapasowe worki na śmieci, dużo papieru toaletowego - ogólnie wszystkiego pod dostatkiem. Lokal jest bardzo czysty i zadbany. W połowie pobytu dostaliśmy nową pościel i dodatkowe ręczniki. Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. Taras zapewnia miły cień oraz prywatność. Bardzo szerokie i wygodne łóżko. Do plaży faktycznie prowadzą schody - gospodyni wskazała nam drogę pierwszego dnia. Okoliczna plaża też jest zadbana, dostępne są toalety. Okolica jest cicha i spokojna, dobra do wypoczynku :)

Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da un supermercato (piccolo, ma con tutto l'indispensabile) e a 10/15 minuti dalla spiaggia. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile, ci ha dato consignli su come muoverci e ci ha aiutato con le valigie, permettendoci di lasciarle in casa sua dopo il check-out e addirittura portandocele in macchina alla fermata del bus che dovevamo prendere per lasciare Krk. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
