The two main bedrooms, roomy and bright, equipped with spacious wardrobes and nightstands, offer comfort and privacy and are suitable for up to 6 guests. The bright living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, including a cooktop with hood, oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with pots, dishes, cutlery, and glasses.

The outdoor terrace will gift you a view of the lush garden and the wonderful Lake Garda. Whether it's a relaxing breakfast or a captivating sunset, this space will enchant you. The windowed bathroom is a small haven of tranquility, equipped with a shower and bathtub. You'll find towels, hairdryer, and essential products at your disposal.

The tourist tax is €1.50 per night per guest for up to 21 consecutive nights (ADDITIONAL COST). Exempt from this tax are children under the age of 13, disabled persons and their companions, patients undergoing therapies at health facilities located in the municipal territory, members of the State, Provincial, and Local Police as well as the National Fire Brigade who stay for service needs, and coach drivers organized by travel and tourism agencies.
