Great location, walkable to all the areas in Venice. Google maps kept trying to lead us to a dead end when mapping back to the apartment but the hosts were very clear about this problem so we knew to double check when using GPS.

Lovely place close to everything you want to do in Venice

It was a great location for being dropped off at the Salvistro dock from the airport. Private boat was the best way to come in. Great location and access to all areas. Thank you

Plenty of room for 5 adults. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a livingroom/ kitchen with pull out couch. Bathroom with shower. Wi dows opened up to canal but smelled a bit and mosquitoes. Windows to the city side were good and it felt good to let the cold air in. We stayed in november. It was perfect and the city had many people but not too much. I have nothing bad to say about our room. We were very comfortable. Many bars and restaurants very near by.

The location was wonderful, however our overall experience was not. The floors were very dirty, we had no hot water for showers, and the air conditioning unit broke. Most of all, our host was completely nonresponsive when I communicated these issues and sought assistance (did not respond once over our entire stay).
