Lovely apartment at Rialto bridge

Ca' San Piero is located at 1 minute walk from Rialto bridge, one of most authentic areas in town, so it's right in the heart of the city. The house is very quiet, though, since it's located in a typical, inner courtyard.
 In the living area you can find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, tv, games and books both for our younger and older guests.
The bedroom is composted by a king size bed and a big wardrobe, while the second room is up the stairs: it´s very quiet and composed by two single beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including the dish-washer and plenty of pots and pans. In the bathroom, you will find the shower and the washing machine.
The apartment offers all you need for a great stay: air conditioning, independent heating for the winter, wifi internet and a central location in a quiet typical little square.

The apartment was great and met all of our needs. Very nice host that communicated well. The only problem we encountered was the AC leaked very bad and we had to put a bucket underneath it which was an inconvenience. It also dripped down the wall.Other than the Ac our stay was comfortable. Nice apartment in a good area that convenient.

This was a great location to stay in Venice. It was very small in the kitchen/living room area, but overall a very nice property. The owner had a nice youn man meet us at the Rialto boat taxi stop and guide us back to the VRBO which was very helpful! Thank you!

The apartment was clean, equipped with necessities, decorated nicely, conveniently located. The owners/managers were friendly and accommodating. The a/c did drip though (?with condensation). But we were there in May, and perhaps we had it running on the cooler sideAlso, it is on the 3rd floor up stairs (no elevator), so could be a challenge for mobility impaired(and bringing luggage to and from). Overall a good experience.

We had a lovely stay at this darling little apartment. We travelled as a family of 4 (two adults, 2 younger children) and it was perfectly suited for us. The upstairs lofted area was so fun and perfect for our children. The apartment was clean and nicely stocked to make your stay comfortable. We really liked the location. It was quiet at night time and easy to access all the attractions by foot in the daytime. Communication with the host was excellent. She made sure she was always available for any questions we may have had. Check in instructions were well explained well in advance and she had someone meet us at at the water taxi/vaparetto stop and walk us over the the apartment which was very helpful. Venice with all its small streets and alleyways, I think it may have been confusing to locate the apartment if there was no chaperon. So having the chaperon meet us at the water bus stop was much appreciated. I would recommend this cute and comfortable accommodation to any couple or small family traveling to Venice. We really enjoyed it.
