Great cabin!

This cabin was great. It had room for all of my family to stay. The air broke the day we got there but John had someone out the same day to fix it. The cabin was very clean. My only complaint is the water pressure isn’t the best and the mattresses could be upgraded. Other than that it was the perfect place for our trip. We would stay here again!

Nice Private Cabin

This cabin is very nice. It is spacious and well appointed. The trees make the front porch very private and brings some shade in the afternoon and evening. I would stay here again but there are a couple of things that need mentioning. The WiFi is subpar for what is expected these days. The master bed is awful. May just need to be flipped but I am still sore 2 weeks later. And, the house needed to be swept and vacuumed when we arrived. With that said, I would definitely stay here again.

July 4th fun

The property was nice. Being a cleaner myself I’m probably a hard cretic. Cleaning company could clean the ceiling fans it’s been a while. But over all the cleanliness was a 4/5. Other than that the location and the cabin itself was great for our 4 night stay. Would stay here again!

So close to Dollywood!

Cabin was in a great location. Very clean and awesome set up. Perfect for a weekend at Dollywood. A few updates could make an improvement. Bar stools were a bit unstable, upstairs mattress was lopsided. One downstairs bed had a divot on one side. Plenty of towels and wash cloths available. Comfy pillows for a good night’s sleep. All in all, a good stay!

Great Experience

Very clean house and well put together! We enjoyed having 3 king bedrooms as it was 3 couples that stayed. Convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gaitlingburg but felt secluded enough to give you that warm cabin feel. Enjoyed having the convenient store and pizza place right at our finger tips. Would definitely come back again!

Cabin of Cockroaches.

The cabin was over ran with cockroaches. We called John and he had someone come spray but it did nothing. They were everywhere. We saw them crawling around in the kitchen, and in the bathrooms. With the amount of money that was paid to stay there it should have been cleaner. They advertised cleanliness but I did not see it. The pictures they posted of the cabin did not match the cabin we got. We would have left if we had another place to stay. For the safety of your guests this cabin should be closed and fumigation properly.

The home is great. Plenty of space. Close to everything in the area and there is a market and pizza place at the end of the road that is really good. Can't wait to visit again

Still made memories

The cabin was very clean and setup was great. When we arrived the sofa sleeper was broke, I called the owner and he said he would call maintenance. No one ever showed ,so I had to sleep in the recliner all week.. There was no can for the ashes ,so we couldn't grill . Once again I was told he would call maintenance. The hot tub was acting up also.

I emailed and text messages and voice messages for a mth before The owner finally replied. It’s a cute cabin it’s not Homie it is not stocked very well. We had a couple issues It took forever for the air conditioner to cool off the cabin at 1st The coffee pot broke because the handle was cheap and slipped off. The hot tub is a joke If you just want a place to sleep it’s fine.

Awsome place with lots of room

Everything was great and a total 5 star. We had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend staying here. We were under the impression that the pool would be open but it wasn't. This wasn't the owners fault at all. So probably ask Bear Falls in the future about that. Thanks so much.

Great location and setup

The location was fantastic, close to everything in Pigeon Forge and easy to head to Gatlinburg. We had a family of 4 and it was very comfortable with the kids each having their own room with a king bed. We thoroughly enjoyed the TV room and game area. The owners were very responsive and easy going. A few quick notes for your trip: the house has excellent cable service, but no smart TVs. We ran out to Walmart and bought a smart TV device so we could stream our favorite content. Also, it has basic cookware, but if you plan to make gourmet meals, you may want to pack measuring cups and other odds and ends. We liked having the ability to grill out and we LOVED the pizza place at the bottom of the hill. It had a great front and back porch for relaxing and enjoying the view. One other thing to note is that you do have neighboring cabins that are pretty close. If you have noisy neighbors, you may hear them. For the most part we did not have an issue, and the noise subsided by midnight at the latest. Great place and would stay again.

We lived in Texas but fell in love with the Smoky Mountain area. We are amazed at all the things to do in the city and decided to give others the opportunity to experience this gorgeous area around the Smoky Mountain. We chose this cabin as it is so close to all the activities and attraction we find here. The peaceful, quiet neighborhood, outdoor pool, trolley stop for quick access along the Parkway, Picnic Area, and Children's Playground inside the resort is a plus when you are on vacation. We are excited to share the fun and excitement of the mountain area with your family and friends.

Our cabin provides the close in feeling with all you need right around you. The cozy living areas of the cabin give you a spacious, open sense as you gather your family and friends around you for meals and fun. Our game room is an exceptional way to spend some quality time together. The view from the front deck and the hot tub experience is magical. You will love being so close to all the adventures around the Smoky Mountain region. Shopping and dining, golf, hiking, biking, or water rafting all can enjoy one of their favorite activities making this vacation one to remember.
