Ideal for remote work in a very peaceful setting just a short distance from the city.

If you’re looking to unwind, this is the place for you, and if you want to explore the different corners of the Costa del Sol, this is also the place for you.

We want you to enjoy the villa and have a pleasant stay, as long as you follow the rules and do not damage the property.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house; pets are allowed upon request and incur an additional fee.

The house has an eco-friendly septic system, so toilet paper cannot be flushed; it must be placed in the designated containers.

It is mandatory to accept and sign the rental agreement before check-in and to register all guests who will be staying at the house at any time.

You must agree to pay the security deposit to cover any potential damages.
If all guests are not registered and the rental agreement is not accepted, check-in will not be permitted.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Schöne und idyllische Lage der Unterkunft. Für andere Gäste als Tipp, die Anfahrt zum Haus ab der Hauptstraße ist eine unbefestigte Straße übersät mit Schlaglöchern. Ein geeignetes Auto und entsprechende Fahrkenntnisse wären von Vorteil. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.
