Very secure building. Gym across the road you can purchase. Good size. Do need to keep windows open to cool at night. Very comfortable with our temps in the 60s to low 70s. Lots of eating place on the same street and coffee choices. Groceries are close and subway too.

Extremely neat and well located flat, close to amenities, shops, and transport, with a commanding view to the south. Cabbies were surprised at the transition of the area, as it was once a very unsavoury place but rest assured we had no problems. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc, there's even a choice of two different coffee machines (using pods for Krupps and Nespressos). Flat is warm and cosy, but you may want to have a window open for airflow as there is no air conditioning, so you may find it a bit stuffy. Enjoy the view bit more importantly enjoy Elephant and Castle! Good vibes.
