Nestled in the heart of Wraysbury, our house is surrounded by natural beauty and charm. Stroll through the village, explore its historic sites, and savor the serenity of the nearby River Thames.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire property.

Other things to note
The property is professionally managed.

My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.

Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down.

Quiet hours between 22:00 - 08:00

We observe a strict no-party policy; gatherings, parties, or social events are prohibited in our home. Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to eviction, regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported.

Please wear indoor shoes/slippers, if possible.

When leaving the property please make sure you lock the door and windows.

Please leave the property as you found it, ensuring all dinnerware is clean and rubbish removed. You will incur an additional charge if this rule is not adhered to.

Please lower the room temperature to 12°C when checking out.
