Room was cozy & clean. Air conditioning & WiFi worked great! Bed was very comfortable & the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Pool was clean & enjoyable. Communications with the host was wonderful. Working with the concierge, Jason was amazing! Definitely recommend getting a golf cart. We appreciate how helpful they were at getting this arranged for us. We would highly recommend this property to other travelers & hope to return there again. Great memories made!

Fam Vacay

We started coming to Sunset Beach Condos since 2010 and continue to come for our family vacations... love that it is a bit out of town, a quiet area, spacious condos & clean! We will continue to stay here whenever we visit!

Awesome views and location

The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. Lots of room with all the amenities needed. The lanai was great for reading and playing dominoes. Our favorite part is relaxing under the shaded palm trees. Definitely we will be back to the island!

Beautiful area and it feels very private!

The owner was easy to communicate with, very responsive. The grounds are nicely maintained. Algae was cleaned up every day except Sunday. The staff on site was really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

You won't be disappointed

The property is Gorgeous, the grounds are very well kept and our unit was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The beach isn't really a swimming beach, but there is clear sandy water right off the end of the dock. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this property!

Sunset Beach - July , 2019

My husband and I stayed in Unit A3 for almost a week and can't wait to go back! The location (south end of Ambergis Caye) was perfect - close to several nice restaurants and local grocery store but far away from the busy streets of San Pedro. The condo had everything one could want: every kitchen utensil, bug spray, sun screen (even an umbrella!). The grounds keeper, Chapin did a wonderful job of keeping everything looking and running great, and Juan Carlos, the concierge was very helpful with a lot of information. Christine Cotton arranged for golf rental, flight to San Pedro and transportation to the condo. All in all, this was a great experience and one that we will remember for years to come. We love our stay at Sunset Beach.

We love our stay at Sunset Beach Resort/condo. Perfect location for us. The place is nice, spacious and Clean. It has a nice beach area. Its quite and Juan Carlos the Concierge was very good. He booked our outing with the best people. Location is walking distance with the Restaurant and the Mini Grocery store is good because its right there. Black Orchid Restaurant near by is very good. And Elvis Local Restaurant is very good in town. If anyone wants to go out snorkling and go to Cay Caulker on a sail boat use Seaduced Catamaran. They were good. We will be back and stay at Sunset Beach again. Jeane Forrest
