Regarding the floor fan, we were quick to provide one upon your request, even though our suites are fully air-conditioned. While we typically don't keep floor fans in air-conditioned suites, we are more than willing to accommodate special requests like these to ensure our guests' comfort. In relation to the noise issue, we are sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused. Both the property manager and the booking agent reside nearby and generally, it's a very tranquil area, save for some morning birdsong. If the disturbance was due to other guests, we'll certainly look into this matter and do our best to ensure a quieter environment in the future. We always strive to improve and provide the best stay for our guests, and your feedback is instrumental for us to achieve this goal. We hope to welcome you back to Belizean Reef in the future, promising an even more delightful stay.

On the upside a grocery will be opening in the building making it a quick walk to pick up anything you need.
