The villa is beautiful. It has amazing views and we were able to enjoy fireworks from the terrace. The villa is well appointed and has everything you need such as board games, puzzles, cooking equipment, and a grill. We were so sad to leave. It is truly a magical place.

Excellent property. The views are indeed spectacular, with clear sight of the St Tropez gulf. Watching the mega yachts coming and going and the general water traffic was very enjoyable.The kitchen was very good, clearly designed and equipped for a family who enjoy cooking.Beds, showers etc were excellent. Pool outstanding, with good selection of toys to use.Parking is awkward but manageable (but easier with small cars).and we did have wifi issues in some rooms but this was quickly remedied, with boosters for the primary WiFi.Disappointed with lack of directions to the property- google believes you can enter the domain road from the north (land side), there is only one way in! Communication pre arrival, last minute and frankly of no use.
