The inviting living room has a white glass table that can accommodate up to 12 guests. The modern kitchen, with its view of the pool and the sea, invites culinary creativity. An elevator and a staircase lead to the first floor, where a terrace sheltered from the wind invites you to devour a good book in front of the blue immensity.<br><br>From the villa, you only have to walk 200 meters to access the coves of Les Issambres and the restaurant, where you can enjoy a delicious meal with your feet in the water. In the evening, you can return to the villa and swim a few laps in the swimming pool, facing the Mediterranean Sea.

Beautiful modern home in great location!

Beautiful modern open home that spills out onto even more beautiful patio, pool and backyard. Nothing is spared and every convenience is provided in style! Perfect spot for our family vacation on the south coast. Location is a block from a local beach and a quick car or bike ride to the restaurants, shops and beaches of Les Issambres. As much as we loved exploring St. Tropez, Cannes and other Cote d’Azur destinations, the best part of our trip was enjoying this special home and exploring the local restaurants and nearby beaches. The owners were a joy to deal with, communicated on every detail and enjoyed sharing their special spot with our family. We will definitely be back!
