Super clean and quiet 2 bedroom cottage 1/2 mile to Sunken Meadow Beach and Cooks Brook Beach 2 miles to National Seashore. Private yard. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Cottage includesA.C., Heat, WIFI, cable TV, DVD and fans in every room. Outside deck with gas and charcoal grills, outdoor heated shower. Close to great fishing, bike trails, freshwater pond, surfing, swimming, golf. Local attractions include Wellfleet drive-in movies, Audubon Wildlife Refuge,. Great seafood and 30 minutes to Provincetown for shopping and whale watching. Private Shed for your bicycles and beach gear. Corn hole boards to play in the yard and a hammock to relax. Linens and towels will be provided for a small fee.

Ed and Val's cottage was spotless. They were excellent hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. The cottage has all you will need inside and out and the location is central to everything; bay beaches, Atlantic beaches, restaurants. Great place to stay

We have rented here before and hope to do so again! Nice, clean up to date cottage, in a good location close to National Seashore, audubon sanctuary and bay beaches. Landlords are helpful and there’s everything you could need for a great stay

Perfect spot for our family of 5! Incredibly clean and exactly what we were looking for. Loved that it felt private and had a yard to play in. Also loved being able to walk to the beach. The owners were attentive and kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

Bay-side excellence on the Cape

Stayed for a week and it was amazing. The house itself was comfortable and the outdoor space was an extra bonus. Check in was easy and the welcome guide was clear. Ed even stopped by to make sure we were in good shape.

Excellent place to stay for a Cape Cod retreat. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, within minutes to either bay beaches or the National Sea Shore. Ed and Val keep their cottage exceptionally clean and welcoming.

Great vacation

My family and I had a fantastic vacation in Eastham. The location is beautiful! Lots to do and beautiful beaches. We had lots of privacy. The cottage was clean and perfect for our family. The hosts were wonderful! They were very helpful with suggestions about what to see and do and they made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.We would definitely rent there again!

Great little getaway

Close to beach…easy walking distance! The house was quite comfortable, and my husband loves an outdoor shower. The fire pit was a great extra spot to socialize! I quite enjoyed our stay.

cozy cottage in great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is very comfortable and the location is fantastic. We found things to do including hiking, beach and restaurants, all within 5-10 minute drive from the cottage. The furthest we went was to PTown about 30 minutes away. There's a nice local beach within a 15 minute walk on quiet roads also.
