Stylish and Modern Apartment

A new and elegant apartment on the corner of Gran Via and Padilla. Right next to the Monumental, the Teatre Nacional, and the new Plaça de les Glòries. The apartment features one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two additional double bedrooms. Two more people can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. It can sleep a total of 8 people. The living-dining room is very bright and features an open kitchen with an island. Guests must be at least 30 years old to book; valid ID will be required.

Stunning new apartment

Marc was super responsive and a great host! Apartment is newly renovated and had everything we needed! It was spacious and bright and close bus stops! We had a lovely stay !

Beautiful apartment, conveniently located

My husband and I stayed a week and really loved the place! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and a bonus to have a washer and dryer. Marc is wonderfully responsive and kind. It’s really easy to hop on all public transit from here- tram, subway, or bus. Cute grocery markets very close by. We lucked into a great view of two pigeons nesting in the tree outside the living area window! Thanks for everything, Marc!
