Great location for walking around with many restaurants and coffee/ bakery shop nearby . Busy area and can be noisy in the front bedroom. Quiet enough in the back bedrooms. Communication with host was excellent, and check in was smooth. Apartment was sufficiently stocked with everything you need and was very clean.

Our experience was great. It was exactly as advertised, providing a comfortable and well equipped space for our visit. The location was superb, making it convenient to explore all Barcelona has to offer. It's easy to walk or catch the metro or taxi to many attractions. The host communication was excellent from start to finish. We received all the necessary information in advance of our stay, the instructions for check-in on the day were clear and the process was easy and stress free.

The property was clean and neat with plenty of space. The location couldn't be better-in the middle of restaurants, shops and an excellent view of the Basilica across the street with easy access to wherever you wish to go.

An excellent location for visiting Barecelona. We enjoyed our little balacony and viewing the towers of Sagrada Familia through the trees. Close to metro, supermarket, restaurants.

The apartment was very conveniently located with 2 subway stations and many restaurants/shops nearby. Right across from the Sagrada Família which we enjoyed the view sitting out on the balcony. We are a family of 6 and there was enough space for all of us. The apartment was well equipped and we had a very comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful time at Hans' VRBO. It was great for the 6 of us (3 couples). While it's in the same square as the Sagrada Familia, it's on the other side of a park so it doesn't seem as busy. There is a metro stop that can get you anywhere in Barcelona. Wonderful neighborhood full of energy. The location included an elevator which we used for our heavy luggage. Close to restaurants. Easy check-in. Great breakfast/bakery around the corner, La Masovera. Also a tourist info booth across from the Sagrada Familia that we used a few time.

Great location across the park from La Sagrada Familia. Pictures are true to the layout and quality of furniture and extremely clean. Communication with the owners was great. We highly recommend and would stay here again on our next trip to Barcelona.

Incredible location right across from the Sagrada Familia. You get peakaboo views from your balcony. Enough space for 4 of us plus another bedroom. We used the third for our suitcases as the bedrooms were small. Bathrooms were nice. 1 was a small ensuite bathroom but nice to have in the night. Coffee shops, small restaurants, souvenirs grocery store all around. Our Monserrat excursion we walked 20 minutes to the bus station. Recommend a taxi/ Uber to Park Guell as its a 35 minutes walk mostly up hill. We did it but it should be tough for some.

Apartment was very clean and in a great location. Lots of restaurants nearby and we found it to be a good spot to be our home base as we toured the city. Hans and Allan were quick to reply to any questions and the check in and check out was smooth. A little tight of a space for 4 adults and lots of luggage but it wouldn’t stop us from renting again!

We loved the location of the place. A short walk to 2 metro stations, Grocery Stores and many restaurants. The Air Conditioning was amazing, and everything we needed was there. The host was responsive and helpful at check in.
