About this property

Villa by the beach and with panoramic view on St Tropez

The villa is a lovely provencal 130 m2 3 bedroom house with a breathtaking view over the golfe of St Tropez. It is surrounded by a 2000 m2 garden which back door provides a direct access to the beach : just cross the street and you are on the family beach "Les Cigales", well known for its white sand and little lighthouse.
A beautiful pool (4X10 meters!) is under construction beginning of 2020.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and can accomodate up to 7 persons, 6 in bedrooms and 2 on a the sofa bed in the living room.
The villa's unique feature is its 40 m2 terrasse with one of the best panoramic views over the bay of St Tropez in the area. You will spend fabulous time having your breakfasts, lunches and dinners on this terrasse and enjoy the scenery in the middle of a diverse mediterranean vegetation.

Sich einmal wir Romy und Alain fühlen

Wenn man dem französischen Lebengefühl der 60er Jahre nachtrauert, dann ist dieses Feriendomizil perfekt. Gepflegte Außenanlagen mit provenzalischen Charme, handgemachte Fliesen in Bad und Küche, eine unschlagbare Aussicht auf den Golf von St.-Tropez und dazu ein neuer Pool und der Strand direkt gegenüber, dann fehlt nur noch der Long-Drink und man kann das Mid-Century-Gefühl erfahren. Für alle die eine geleckte moderne Umgebung bevorzugen, ist es nichts. Wer das douce vie geniessen will ist hier richtig.

Sejour tres agreable avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de st tropez. Proprietaire tres sympathique et flexible. Belle piscine recente. Plage a 2 mns. Wifi performant.
