Super stay

The house is very cosy, good equipment in kitchen, in all the bathrooms there is soap, shampoo etc. The garden is beautiful with Nice plants. We had a splendid stay and the owner is so nice and helpfull.

Beautiful Villa & Stunning Pool

Lovely spacious villa with everything you need . The pool was lovely. The location is beautiful. The use of the private beach with sunbeds is only 5 minutes walk, with a wonderful restaurant. There is no air conditioning just some ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms, which we did find a problem at night with the heat. Great holiday. Thank you

beautiful house in a very good location

We have spent a wonderful week. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The house is almost perfectly equipped. the outdoor area with several seating areas by the pool or in the shade is very nice, the pool is wonderfully laid out. in about 6 minutes you can walk (through a small tunnel) directly to a small, nice beach. there are even sunbeds available free of charge. Shopping (fresh bread rolls or a supermarket) or eating on the beach are just a few minutes away by car. We can recommend the house and would be happy to return.

Séjour décevant, malgré un très bon emplacement, la maison s'avère être mieux en photos. Equipements simples, vétustes pour certains.Nous avons séjourné début août, une chaleur excessive dans la villa en journée comme en soirée, dans toutes les pièces.La solution brasser de l'air avec un ventilateur au plafond, ou bien dormir les volets ouverts avec les moustiques en invités !De ce fait, vacances peu reposantes....

Nous sommes navrés que votre expérience n'ait pas été à la hauteur ; un ressenti que ne partagent pas nos autres locataires, la villa affichant une note de 9,6/10 (Coup de cœur) sur l'ensemble des séjours. Pour les points évoqués : le lave-vaisselle, tombé en panne pendant votre séjour, a depuis été remplacé. Quant à la chaleur, elle correspond à un épisode de canicule inédit début août, que nous n'avions jamais connu à ce degré. Nous restons à votre disposition et espérons pouvoir vous accueillir dans de meilleures conditions à l'avenir.

We had a lovely time staying at Californian House. The property is exactly as it is listed and pictured online and is located in a quiet residential and safe area, only 5 mins walk from the beach. The house was very comfortable with all supplies and equipment that you would need. The pool area was really great, a good sized pool and great for diving into during the very hot days - we used it a lot during our 2 week stay. There were also various outside areas in the garden to sit, relax and eat. It was lovely to have quick access to a private area of the beach, just a short 5-10 mins walk from the house and the beach bar which we visited a few times for drinks, lunch and dinner with friendly staff and well priced food and drinks. Valerie, our host, was super friendly, helpful and communicative.

100%-ige Empfehlung. - Sehr schöne Anlage. - Sehr großzügig und sauber.- Liebevoll eingerichtet - Sehr großer Pool- Tolle Lage- Super nette Gastgeber Weitere Highlights:- Privater Strand für die gesamte Anlage nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dortige Infrastruktur: Toiletten, Duschen, Strandlokal- 4 Liegen und 2 Sonnenschirme stehen den Gästen des Hauses am Strand jederzeit zur Verfügung. Ganz herzlichen Dank!!!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, grosszügig und ruhig gelegen in einer bewachten Anlage in Beauvallon. Das Haus ist innen und aussen noch schöner als es die Bilder zeigen. Der Aussenbereich ist tropisch eingewachsen mit 2 Essecken, Loungesofas und Grillmöglichkeit. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen am Privatpool, der sehr schön und gepflegt ist. Es gibt einen privaten Beachclub mit 4 Liegen, die einem zur Verfügung stehen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt Tischtennis, Tischkicker, Beachvolleyball, Grillmöglichkeit. Die Besitzer haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen.

Das Haus ist schlicht ein Traum, perfekter geht es kaum-gepflegter tropischer Garten mit großem Pool und Teich, die Wohnräume stilvoll eingerichtet, passend beleuchtet und mit sehr guten Betten. In der Küche ist an alles gedacht. Ausserdem gibt es ein Klavier, einen Kicker und eine Tischtennisplatte. Die Lage ist ebenfalls bestens, kurzer Fussweg zum Sandstrand inkl. kostenlosen Liegen und Schirmen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit.

Traumhaus mit Pool

Unser Urlaub im wunderschönen Haus von Familie Gauthier war ein absoluter Traum. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist für einen Familienurlaub perfekt aufgeteilt. Auch der Pool ist ein echter Hingucker und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen und möchten Familie Gauthier herzlich für alles danken.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison. Son emplacement est idéal, nous avons beaucoup apprécié que la maison soit au sein d'un domaine privé et sécurisé, ainsi que d'avoir un accès privé à la plage. La communication fut excellente avec Mme Gauthier.

Séjour parfait !

Maison vraiment très agréable et fonctionnelle. Magnifique jardin tropical, très belle piscine, un vrai cocon. Résidence très calme avec un accès à la plage privée en 5 min max, un vrai plus. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Merci encore, nous avons passé une excellente semaine !

Magnifique villa

La villa est d’un confort absolu, bien équipée, belle déco. Le jardin est composé de différents espaces, d’un bassin à poissons et d’une grande piscine le tout au milieu d’une végétation luxuriante. C’est magnifique. Gros avantage, la villa est à quelques mètres à pied d’une plage privée et surveillée. De plus vous y trouverez un très bon restaurant. Une piste cyclable longe toute la côte. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympathiques. Ils sont disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances.

Séjour merveilleux

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette très belle villa. Les Hôtes sont très gentils et très réactifs. La maison est idéalement située dans un domaine privé qui est très calme. les deux terrasses et le coin piscine sont très agréables. La maison dispose de tout l'équipement nécéssaire, et nous avons beauoup apprécié le cadeau de bienvenu. Nous recommandons grandement cette adresse. Au plaisir d'y revenir.

bel endroit

idéalement placée sur la côte d'azure, à 10 mns de st tropez et au bord des plages, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette très belle maison. Bien équipée, fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre, le fait qu'elle se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée apporte un plus en matière de sérénité. Et n'avoir qu'à traverser la route via un petit tunnel dédié pour aller à la plage est un vrai plus. Je recommande!

Magnifique

Une oasis de bonheur…un emplacement parfait dans un écrin luxuriant de végétaux tropicaux de camaïeu de vert tranché par le bleu d’immense piscine cristalline. N’oublions la maison baignant dans la verdure par ses ouvertures à galandage, et son architecture, sa distribution super fonctionnelle et charmante. Top Lage, Haus nicht dem Preis entsprechend

Online ein schönes Angebot, Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehbar, hier muss einiges gemacht werden um den doch sehr hohen Preis verlangen zu können. -keine Moskito Netze -keine Klimaanlage -Haus umzingelt von Baustellen (war sehr laut, trotz Renovierungs-Verbot während der Urlaubszeit) -Pool Deck Spreißel Gefahr, Pinzette nicht vergessen. -Eingangstor außer Funktion (muss von Hand aufgeschoben werden, trotz elektrischer Vorbereitung, ging sehr schwer) -Teich ein Paradies für Moskitos, wird nicht gepflegt. -Rückseite/Grillplatz vom Haus sehr ausladend, keiner möchte da verweilen. - Pool muss selber gereinigt werden, keine Hilfsmittel vorhanden (Kescher) -Haus war für uns in der ersten Woche nicht abschließbar, musste immer einer im Haus bleiben, Mechanik einer Tür schwer zu bedienen, nur die die wissen wie es zu verschließen ging, konnten es zusperren, ging auch nur mit Hau-Ruck und sehr festem zu-knallen! Tür blieb dann nach einer Woche Kampf mit Hilfe der Familie verschlossen. +Top Lage +gute Küche +Waschmaschine/Trockner +Babybett/Stuhl +Genug Handtücher +Übergabe lief gut Wir können es nicht empfehlen.

Cher Monsieur, Je tiens à répondre à chacune de vos remarques. - La piscine est tres bien entretenue et nettoyée : mon fils est venu plusieurs fois dans la semaine pour mettre en place le robot ,nettoyer les skimmers, etc .Vous l’avez vu… - le portail d’entrée est en mode mécanique pour des raisons de sécurité pour les enfants, très facile d’usage … - Une porte de la maison a une fermeture particulière que je vous ai montrée … - Le bassin d’agrément est habité par des carpes coï qui mangent les moustiques avec des plantes aquatiques et nénuphars … je vais publier une photo de ce bassin pour montrer qu’il est plutôt agréable … - nous n’avons pas la climatisation ( vous le saviez avant de venir )nous avons préféré l’installation de ventilateurs au plafond qui sont rafraîchissants pour les chambres concernées et qui sont appréciés par les voyageurs : il s’agit de ventilateurs à plusieurs vitesses,silencieux , et écologiques. - Je vous accorde que notre voisin a utilisé un engin pour planter des arbres dans son jardin ; je suis intervenue dès que vous me l’avez demandé et il a cessé . - La plancha est appréciée pour les mangeurs de merguez et amateurs de barbecue ; elle se situe à côté de la piscine … - Demander le remboursement du séjour sans raison tangible est un procédé étrange que je ne comprends pas … - J’invite les voyageurs à consulter les autres avis … - Je tiens à dire que nous faisons de notre mieux pour accueillir chacun de la meilleure façon qui soit car nous avons conscience que les vacances sont précieuses.
