This penthouse holiday flat is situated in a waterfront villa built directly on the water’s edge on the harbour front of Marina Wendtorf. From the spacious roof terrace, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the marina. The comfortably furnished flat features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with direct access to the roof terrace. As well as a hob, the kitchen is equipped with an additional wok hob. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a flat-screen TV. The double sofa bed in the living room provides two further sleeping places, meaning the flat can accommodate up to four people. The modern bathroom is fitted with underfloor heating and a rain shower with a steam bath function. A TV with a Blu-ray player, a soundbar with Bluetooth and a bioethanol fireplace provide entertainment and ensure cosy evenings. The penthouse flat is easily accessible by lift. A car parking space is included with the flat. As several flats of the same design are on offer, the furnishings may vary; the images shown are for illustrative purposes only. Playgrounds are available on the promenade. The laundry centre is open daily from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm. The activity centre offers an indoor play area with slides and climbing frames, as well as black-light mini-golf for all ages. Entry is free for DanCenter guests. Rental is exclusively for holidaymakers for holiday purposes.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
